This book is exactly what I was looking for. I started to get into holistic healing and only knew a few things. This book clears so much up. It gets to the point and doesn't dance around what you really want to know. It's very direct and helpful. It gives you all aspects of what needs to happen before and after you attempt to heal someone. I did some healings before this book, but always knew I was missing something. This is so clear and gives you the right tools you need to get it right. There's so much to know that I never considered and I was happy to get that info. The author doesn't hold back secrets or hide info, you'll get all you need. It's very God based, but not in a religious sense, more of a spirtual sense. You have to have some sort of spirtuality or bases to believe in order for healings to work. So have fun on your journey to becoming a holistic healer, because anyone can do it.
