The Great Little Book of Afformations

This book changed everything for me. By using Afformations, I immediately felt lighter inside. I wasn't doing them to feel lighter, but that's what I felt. At any rate, I started afforming for a meaningful calling and for emotional issues that were bothering me. I have to say things started turning around for me right away. Then I threw in the thing about money/abundance. I got a raise within a very short time, right before the wage freeze.The book is written in a breezy, conversational style that is not my favorite, but it really works for the book on CD (which is what I am reviewing, after all). The book is divided on the 2 CDs such that all the afformations are on the 2nd CD. If you just wanted to review the afformations and say them along with the author, you could. I like using Afformations very much and I have told all my friends about them and taught them how to use Afformations. I loaned my book to a friend and she kept it. I will be buying several more to give to people. The CD is for me, and I will keep reviewing it. Whether or not you are working with affirmations already, you will immediately understand this CD book and be able to get results with Afformations.
