Great book! I loved the style of Neil Gaiman's writing. My class took to the book immediately and are hooked! He has a fabulous way of introducing characters and weaving their lives and personalities throughout the story. This is a great mentor text for teaching fictional writing!

Loved it. Caught your imagination from paragraph one. Highly recommended for adults even though it is listed as a juvenile book. Kudos to the people who gave out the Newberry Award to this book. It deserves it.
