I would definitely not use this DVD to replace your regular workout, but it's good for days when you're bored or just want something different. The workout wont really make you sweat much, but is fun, and better than doing nothing on a lazy day!
This is a very approachable DVD with a friendly and beautiful instructor. The moves are simple and explained well. I wish there wasn't a pause between sections--once my heart rate is up, I want to keep it up! You will break a sweat with this one . . . oh, and heels do make the moves easier. Sweat pants and heels anyone?
