      This book is amazing! I had been going on for about a year with the same symptoms as Mrs. Hasselbeck and thinking "what is wrong with me?!" I had never felt so lethargic or unmotivated. Then the stomach pains began and no one believed me. They thought I was overreacting to my actual pain or being a drama queen. Then I went to numerous doctors who would just prescribe pain pills, heartburn medicines, stomach lining builders, FIBER. And time after time I would either be dismissed or written of as IBS and told to just take some Metamucil. A friend said her employer had read this book and changed her lifestyle and felt a lot better, so I picked it up. WOW. I will never be the same. I learned A LOT from this book, got my doctor to test me for celliac disease and was armed with knowledge. This book literally walks you through cutting gluten out of your life and how to not make it miserable for anyone around you. There are chapters on what to buy, how to eat out, and even living with some one g-free so my husband understands and didn't even have to change his lifestyle! Gluten free diets also help other diseases including Autism, so it is definitely a great book to pick up wether you are feeling like you might have a gluten-issue or not, you will read this and realize how many other issues are linked to gluten ingestion and you will rethink your lifestyle!
