    • Incredible book

      Patrick Lencioni has another masterpiece here. The book is an amazing look at how corporate America has created a workplace in which the team comes second to self promotion and individual accomplishment. The book should serve as a guide for corporations to overcome the self created silos that stifle collaboration and a true team spirit. I have recommended this book to all managers within my organization.
