As a long time "Firm believer", I have used and been very happy with the Firm videos for many years. This selection of DVDs is a nice addition to my collection. These DVDs are all weight based and are good to intermix with my present collection of over 25 Firm DVDs that offer the routines with their other equipment. Your own additional weights are suggested to meet your challenge level ( the heaviest you can make these weights is 3 pounds ). I like variety in routines so this addition of 4 DVDs is perfect at an excellent price! Overstock is fantastic as usual!

I had held out on the latest series of Firms. When I received this I was surprised at how much I like them. They are a decent workout in a manageable time frame. I wish Overstock carried all the new ones.

I am very happy with my order, and with the Overstock experience. The price was fantastic, and came in a timely manner. The order came with weights which was suprising. The weights are not heavy, so I just use some of my other weights 5lb and 8lb when I want the extra challenge. The routines are fast pased, but once you do it at least two times, you will get the hang of it and really see the benefits of the FIRM.

I always loved the firm and need to get into shape, so I chose transformation wish the weights had more options but I do have other weights. The program is fun, and you do see results after 10 workouts.

I'm a Firm workout user from the very early days. These new work outs are just great! I have back and joint issues but Cardio Overdrive, Cardio Party and Hard Core Fusion don't bother me at all. Those are my favorites and with the express workout options, there is no excuse to skip a night's workout. The DVD's are great, however the weights are just cheap and almost useless. The Overstock price on this kit however was worth every penny.

I was very happy with my Overstock order. The new Firm series arrived quickly with 4 videos and the weights. The workouts are fun and challenging. I love the "express" option on the videos when I'm short on time.

This was so great to find this on Overstock, it was half the price so I was able to buy two of them. My sister was thrilled to receive it and it was the full set with the weights and everything. Overstocik didn't specify that it came with the weights so you could think it was just the DVD's you were receiving. But thanks to other reviewers, they let me know it came with the weights as well. So, basically I got two for the price of one and I am actually going to be working out this morning with it. Thanks overstock, you rock!

I love this set. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that this is not the complete set that you get when you buy direct, but it was also half the price so it was worth it. It is missing some of the weights. You only get 4 1-lb weights with the 4 1-lb handles, so you can only make one set of 3-lb weights or a single 5-lb weight. That aside, the workout videos are awesome. I have completed my first 10 workouts and lost 2.2 lbs and 4.5 inches. This is great progress as I've been on the treadmill for 4 months and didn't lose anything. Adding weight training with cardio made all the difference for me. I'm a Firm believer!

Excellent!! This was more than $40 less than the cost in stores and on other online sites. Great value. "The FIRM" products are an excellent exercise tool.

I was surprised that these came with a set of weights. Great program.

I was excited to be one of the first people to get my hands on this new workout series to add some variety to my cardio, core, and sculpting activities, but I am sorely disappointed. The weights that they give you are for beginners - 2 of the 1 lb. weights and 2 of the 3 lb. weights are not enough. You can put the 2 weights together in 1 hand at the same time to get 3 lb., but it is quite awkward. They show you how to make your weights 5 lb., but then you only have 1. For anyone who is more than a beginner, you'll need a set of 2 - 5 lb. weights to make the workouts challenging, so you'll have to buy them separately. I have done all 4 of the workouts and I agree with some other raters that only the "Hi-Def Sculpt" and "Hard Core Fusion" are really worthwhile. HOWEVER, the instructors don't lead into the moves well on ANY of the workouts and you'll find that even after doing the workout a few times - as a non-beginner - you'll be missing the moves. I feel sorry for any beginners trying to follow along! I've done other workouts with much better verbal cues so this series frustrated me right away. The "Cardio Party" is okay, but the Latin Moves section is difficult to follow and not enjoyable unless you love latin dancing (which I don't like and I'm terrible at it.....) On the positive side, the express option is a great choice for people to shorten the workouts, but still get a decent workout! Not enough workout DVDs offer this option, so I was pleasantly surprised. If you can get this workout system inexpensively through Overstock, it isn't a "bad deal" or the worst workout series you'll find on the market, but make sure you have other workouts that you really love and plan on plugging in these workouts "from time to time" at best. Just don't plan on making these workouts your primary ones or you'll be disappointed. It is fair to average.

When I ordered this workout kit I didn't realize that it would include weights as well. This is an awesome deal and would cost much more if you ordered direct from The Firm.

I have been using the Firm for the last year. My friend introduced it to me , I was a little hesitant to try it. Now I am hooked. I own the Transfirmer system, love it! I just got the Transfirmation system 2 weeks ago. I was surprised to get the case, the guide and the weights. I thought for the price I was just getting the videos.. I love this workout, It adds more variety into my workouts. I workout 5 days a week and the firm has given me great results.

This is a great buy. I thought I was only going to recieve the DVDs but it included the entire system. It came with the weights and carrying case. It was a great price and less than half the cost from the manufactor's web site. I had be exercising 3 or 4 time a week for the last 3 months so I thought I was in fair shape. These DVDs are an excellent work out really made me sore. It was well worth and money and I would recommend it if you want to get into shape.

This Firm series is a great workout and gives you a total body workout without too much stress on your back. This is important to me because I have a bad back and couldn't do the old Frim series with the box. The only negative I would say is the series comes with weights and you can build one set from it. The videos show the instructors using two sets of weights (heavy and med). Not a big deal for me though because I use my other weights that I already had.

I LOVE The Firm workouts! I have wanted this one for such a long time. I went through the purchase process on 'The Firm's' website and it was going to cost me a little over $80.00 with shipping and handling. I am SO GLAD i didn't purchase this set from them! At first i thought that this set only included the 4 DVD's, but when my package was shipped i was so happy to see that the carrying case, weights, and other booklets were included! You WILL NOT find this price ANYWHERE!!!!!!! Thank you Overstock!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I thought the weights would go up to a higher amount. The weights you get are for beginners, even the women on the video are using weights that are heavier than what they send. I thought these would be able to be used progressively, apparently, you have to buy more pieces to make more than about 5 pounds. I almost called the firm to ask if I was missing parts to the weights. Videos are ok. Definitely not going to get your heart pumping as fast as the transfirmer, however, anything is better than nothing. Overall a good value if you consider the weights and 4 videos! Just don't expect intermediate-advanced weights.

I was lucky enough to recieve TransFirmation in the last pre-order shipment. I must admit I was skeptical about ordering because I didn't think I would recieve the whole set as advertised on the infomercial because it was so much cheaper. I was pleasantly suprised when I recieved my order and I have been using the tapes ever since. I have several of the Firm series workouts and I love them all. They provide an excellent workout no matter what your fitness level. I must say this series is my favorite to date. I like the workouts with the step, but they did a number on my back. These workout leave out the step, but still provide an excellent workout. The steps to the routines are familiar, but have been put together in a new, fun, and exciting way. I like the fact that they continue to use the same instructors. I have seen there bodies change over the years and it encourages me to know they are Firm believers as well.

Love all the FIRM products, and this one continues not to disappoint. Great workouts, they really get your heart pumping, yet still easy enough to learn. Excellent, highly recommended!

this dvd set comes with four different workout routines, but only Hi-def Sculpt and hard core fusion are worth the effort. the other two are more about dancing, which i don't really care for. I'm currently looking for another dvd that is focused more on weight training. Good cardio workout.
