If you hate lying on the floor to work your legs and glutes, this is the workout for you. But, it is killer. This is the only firm workout I have for the lower body that does NOT use the tall box. It is, however, non stop leg work with a little cardio thrown in, but the cardio is so interwoven with the leg work, that it probably is legwork too! I miss the old firm workouts with the mansion-like settings and the large crowd of exercisers. This is the "new" firm with the plain set and just two or three people. But it is a good workout and it's only about 30 minutes so there is no excuse not to get this.
