What a pleasant surprise
I have been overweight for more than five years and lately I just felt run down and out of energy. I decided no more dieting... I was ready for a lifestyle change and that is exactly what the Fat Flush Plan is all about. This very informative book has blessed my life. The first few days I was still tired but by the fifth day I felt a major change. I was alert and full of energy. I got on the scale and I had lost 8 lbs with very little effort. After the 3rd day I really wasn't hungry and each day became easier. When I spoke to my doctor I asked why I no longer felt hungry all the time and he explained that my blood sugar level was now balanced and that creates a normal appetite. What a gift! If you can take two weeks to do something just for yourself you will definitely appreciate the results.
