Jiggle Free Arms
The actual arm workouts are great, however, in between each set of arm workouts, the instructors do cardio step routines. I was hoping for a fully focused arm workout, so the step-boxing in between is a little annoying. Overall, the workout is still really good and I'm happy I purchased it.

I only used this once. I didn't know that I would need a TransFIRMER (basically, a stepper) and some dumbbells to do this workout. I guess the TransFIRMER is sold separately?? Anyway, the workout switches between step aerobics segments and upper body exercise segments. The aerobic part goes pretty fast, I had a hard time keeping up. The upper body exercises are kinda hard, too. I loaned this DVD to a friend and she didn't really like it much either. Keep shopping.
