"You can work up to this!" as instructor Rebekah tells viewers. And that is just what I've been doing. This is recommended for the intermediate level because the moves are creative and fun, but they can be complicated. Not only that, but there are so many transitions to remember. I had to watch it a few times to prepare. I've done this workout mostly following the low-impact modifier. I love the organization of alternating "progressions and power moves." You'll need a varied set of weights and a mat.Progressions use the weights and additional components are added to the moves, so you are working multiple muscles. Power moves are mostly explosive jumping and push-ups. Towards the end, you'll be on the floor, combing chest and ab work. The menu also offers a 15 minute cardio workout which has, basically, the same moves from the full 40 minute workout. Rebekah is a fine instructor, you can see and hear her work very hard. Overall, a good value, tough workout, and definitely a choice to use on my interval rotation.
