I am a long time Firm member. I have every video or DVD the Firm has ever put out and this by a long shot is one of my favorites. Rebecca is able to lead you through the routine with great cues and explanations where needed. The routine is consistent and well-timed. There are sculpting sessions with some power moves intersperesed in-between, which give you a nice break from the weights. I recommend this DVD to anyone who is looking for a great 40 minute workout which you'll feel long after your done.
