    I have been getting recipes from the Eating Well website for some time now and wanted the ease of flipping through a book. Although I suspect all the recipes are available on-line, it is so much quicker and easier to look through a book. The recipes are good, wholesome and flavorful. For those who are interested, the nutritional information for each recipe is provided. This cookbook is everything I expected it to be.
