THIS BOOK WAS RECOMMENDED BY THE INSTRUCTOR FOR MY SON'S CLASS TO HELP WITH LEARNING THE KATAS REQUIRED TO EARN HIGHER BELT LEVELS. IT SHOWS FOOT POSITIONS AND PICTURES FOR PROGRESSION OF THE KATA. IT LOOKS LIKE IT WILL BE VERY HELPFUL.

An excellent, well written book by the late Grand Master, Shoshin Nagamine. this book illustrates the (Matsubayashi) Shorin ryu style. Great photographs.
