Customer Reviews
This books covers a topic that we all dread . . facing the "empty chair"after someone dear has died. Literally, there is no one to replace the person in the empty chair, and the sooner we realize that, the better. This book tells the reader, in a straightforward manner, what to expect after either the sudden or anticipated death of a loved one. One part of the book is written from a psychological perspective, the other from a spiritual / meditative side. Both perspectives are helptul to the bereaved person. The book is sensitively written, and as a recenlty bereaved person, I recommend it highly to other readers. It's extremely readable, and divided into "DO-ABLE" sections that you can read at your own pace without feeling overwhelmed by jargon.. It is also not too "high-brow" or too scholarly.
