    I bought this book about 3 years ago for my husband after he received his 3rd DUI. My husband was unwilling to go to rehab and I was desperate to find some kind of help for him and came across this book. My husband enjoyed the book and indicated that it had several good points to it. He was excited and seemed motivated after reading it. Once the excitement wore off and the cravings kicked in, he was back to drinking. My husband died from chronic alcoholism a year later. He was only 38. Although my husband's condition was chronic, I still would not recommend this book to anyone who thinks they have a problem with alcohol and want an "easy way" to control it. This book is not the answer.
