Like the other reviewer, I too was sooo sad to see Domino go away. I really, really enjoyed their magazine and bought the first edition to the last. If you weren't as lucky as I was to get in on the ground floor, then definitely, this would be a great book to add to your collection. However, if you saved every issue and still refer back to them like I do, this book is unfortunately nothing new. Everything in it is a rehash of previous layouts they did in their monthly publication, which I personally found really dissappointing. I was hoping for more! However, since it was my favorite magazine to date, I would say unless you want to hang on boxes of magazines, this would be a handy little reference book to have on your shelf. Domino will be sorrily missed, and this makes a nice collectors item for your memory shelf with full of really smashing ideas...just like the magazine, itself. RIP Domino!!

Great nostalgic look at some of Domino's best decorating room ideas. book has a very valuable list of decorating sources. I was a big fan of the Domino magazine, so I was happy to get this book.

this book is a nice overview of this charming publication which is no longer in print. only wish it were a larger size volume to really take in the full effect of so many great interiors. nice resource guide as well for putting various looks together.

I purchased this book hoping to find a true guide to home decorating. The book is a handy reference book but does not rise to the level of other decorating booksby leading designers. For the beginner, this book could provide some tips. I would have returned the book to Overstock.com but the shipping costs for returned items is much higher than $2.95. So, I kept the book and put in a guest bedroom.

Although the book is not a replacement for the magazine, it is a very helpful resource for ideas and diy design for the novice.

I was really disappointed to hear that Domino was folding, but am glad to have the book. It is like the "best of domino" and will come in handy for future design projects.
