Best book for beginners
I came across this book from my library after purchasing a dehydrator along with the so called dehydrator books that the store carried. This book was the best, even compaired to the recipes found on the internet. I found the recipes to be easy to follow and tasty, which comes in handy for my husband who travels for work and enjoys fishing and hunting trips. These meals are great for helping him to keep energized while enjoying homecooked meals away from our family. The kids and I love them as well when we venture out for our camping trips with him.
