Crayons have feelings, too, in this funny back-to-school story illustrated by the creator ofStuck and This Moose Belongs to Me--now a #1 New York Times bestseller!
Poor Duncan just wants to color. But when he opens his box of crayons, he finds only letters, all saying the same thing: His crayons have had enough! They quit! Beige Crayon is tired of playing second fiddle to Brown Crayon. Black wants to be used for more than just outlining. Blue needs a break from coloring all those bodies of water. And Orange and Yellow are no longer speakingeach believes he is the true color of the sun.

What can Duncan possibly do to appease all of the crayons and get them back to doing what they do best?

    • So Cute & FUN to Read

I bought this darling book for my son last Christmas when he was two years old, and he absolutely loves it. It's told in letters written by the different colors of crayons, and they all air their grievances about their most common uses, asking to be used differently for a change. it's fun to read out loud because each crayon gets to have a different voice. It's pretty silly, and the pictures are just darling. This would be good for kids a bit older, too, maybe up to about 8 or 9 years old.
