    This book has it all. Whether your a beginner or an experienced racer, it has the specific training plan to meet your needs. Tons of information on a wide assortment of topics all aimed at making you a stronger cyclist. Takes the guesswork out of how to improve your riding. Although I'm no expert, this book is a must read for anyone new to cycling who wants to improve their cycling skills through a structure, informed, and well planned training program. Get the book and see for yourself!
