    This book is good and informational. Hubby went on a low glycemic diet and I needed to figure out what to cook. Recipes are easy and delish!

  • It's good-but you won't amazed

    This book is pretty standard. They give you the absolute basics of GI eating and the recipes are pretty basic as well. The only thing that some people might get frustrated with is that there are some special ingredients that they use in several (but not all) recipes that may require you to order them online. I live in NYC and I know I can't find Xylitol anywhere here. So just keep that in mind. But all around, a decent book.
