  • Good boook

I received 2 books with my dehydrator but liked this book more than those that came with the unit. It lists almost every type of fruit that I was interested drying without having to guess at times. It was so helpful, and simple to read that I bought a second copy for my sister-in-law who just bought a dehydrator. I am sure she will be pleased also.
