Not from this century.
I ordered this DVD hoping I could pick up a few quick cake decorating tips at an affordable price. Wrong. This DVD appears to be from the 70-80's. If you enjoy British treats, this is for you. The recipes are all for "tea's" and the cake decorating is average at best with very simple decorating techniques.
