  • Very helpful cookbook

    My son has a milk allergy and I am on a Candida diet -- no sugar, dairy, gluten. Lots of foods are off-limits for us and this book has been tremendous. We have used many of the recipes in it and been able to tweek several to our personal tastes. The ingredients are ones that we have on hand or are easy to get and the recipes are easy to follow. It has been a life-saver for us and expanded our diet considerably from vegies and rice. Gluten -free and dairy free pancakes and biscuits!! Milk-substitutes! Well worth the money.
