A must have for all English Majors, yet something that every college student should have, and more and more,something that every High School Student should have or at the very least be aware of and taught to use...

Ok, it's not the most entertaining book I've ever purchased, but for a writer, it's a wealth of information! Best of all, it was a raging bargain--compared to its retail price. I bought a copy for every writer in the department. And the company even paid me back. Nice to own the definitive grammar and style guide. Better to save on it from Overstock.com!

I am very familiar with the Chicago Manual of Style having used it as an editor for over 25 years. I recommend it for anyone who does serious scientific editing and purchased it for my son, who had just become an editor of a scientific publication.
