Best Chakra Book I've Read. This book gives in depth info about each chakra and the chakras for the new age. It gives information on crystal usage and asanas to activate and balance each chakra. It also gives information on other metaphysical practices and techniques. If you are looking for a great book on chakras, you've found it.
