By interviewing scholars, Lee Strobel is able to obtain answers to the kinds of questions commonly used to silence and discourage people of faith. But the responses show that faith has a foundation in fact, logic and historical sources outside the Bible. The evidences for the existence of Jesus, his claims, his authority and resurrection make him difficult to reject as mere superstition or wishful thinking. I heartily recommend the book to anyone seeking help in confronting a dismissive and skeptical audience with the reality of Jesus, his work and his divinity.

This book is a wonderful introduction to the apologetic defense of the New Testament and the resurrection of Christ. It is presented as a series of interviews with specialists in the different areas, and each chapter ends with recommended reading for those desiring to go deeper into the topic. Highly recommended.
