  • Nothing New Here

    Great idea, but nothing new here. I have been on the diet roller coaster so long that I would be ashamed to tell you. This does not give you anything new. You still have to diet and exercise, that is the truth. Or you could exercise and keep your self healthy , love yourself and get on with your life.

  • Carb Lovers Diet

    This is basically the no sugar, no white flour diet but it works great and there is a little sugar thrown in now and then. The recipes I tried were really good...I was a little skeptical because some of them sounded a little boring but it must be the seasonings that were used which made them pretty tasty. I wasn't really hungry on the diet but I think it's stretching it a little to say I was satisfied...I still craved those "bad" foods. I did find that I was spending a lot of time in the grocery store and it got a little expensive but boy is my pantry stocked!
