I have to say that this book is excellent. I am a very picky person when it comes to buying stuff. So it took me 3 days to decide which muscle book was the best to buy since i wasn't planning on buying other books. So i jumped from one site to another and finally found this one. This book covers everything you want to know about muscle, it explains the details of every muscle (very informative) at the beginning, what kind of foods you need to take (intake), and at the end it explains the workouts. The other thing i like about this book is the graphic, it has lots of graphics which really support the reader to understand (for example when it comes to workout part). Also, the way the author wrote this book was kind of loose and friendly and deep at the same time. So, i wasn't tired at all when reading the book. So, yes! Definitely worth the money for you who just start and wonder what muscle you need to build and for moderate/advanced level as well. Good luck guys!
This book covers from the mechanism of muscle gain, functions of each muscles, to the complete workout program. Workout program is really intense (it takes more than 1 hour if you follow the instruction), but it's worth doing. I reallly noticed my body changed in less than a month. The cons are, it takes 6 months to finish each programs (biginner, intermidiate, advanced), but I am going to follow the program. If you are really motivated but cannot afford a personal trainer, this book really works. If you want to build particular muscles, like abs or pecs, maybe this whole body workout program doesn't work for you.
