This video is one of the best exercise videos out there. The Last Chance Workout offers high intensity training which alternates between sets of challenging cardio and resistance training. There are also other segments for upper and lower body sculpting. I usually just do the last chance workout part, and it is an awesome 25 minute workout!
I consider myself intermediate and do videos often but this was a tough workout. Nice because you have the different level option even if a beginner. I can already see it's effects. Definitely recommend. Love that you can cut off the instruction once you learn the routine. While the group is not perfectly in sync it doesn't bother me. I'm not looking for perfect production. I enjoy seeing real people, overweight people like me, doing the workout and struggling. Not perky people moving to upbeat music. Jillian is not my favorite but her workouts are good. I love Bob's workouts even more.
