This is a great book. I've been involved with fitness for years. I love reading fitness books that accurately explain the concepts of health and weight loss. It's very easy to read, understand, and apply. I highly reccomend this book.

I love the show and this had a lot of good tips in it. I like that they show the moves and also people who were on the show write about things that helped them.
