This is my first Biggest Loser DVD and was impressed with the intensity of the workouts. Bob consistently identifies a modified version for newbies, but Dolvett only suggested a few modifications. The workouts are only 15 minutes each which I was disappointed at first until I actually attempted the workouts. As a person who is overweight & out of shape, I was able to complete the full workouts within two weeks with newbie modifications. I see physical changes immediately in my abs & upper arms. I am pleased.
