In the process, he defends his people by slaying a giant and becoming a military legend. Nathaniel Parker plays the title character in this television movie of epic scope.

JACOB: This entry in the series is based on the biblical story of Jacob, who betrayed his brother and toiled long in penance before receiving God`s grace and forgiveness.

JOSEPH: This is a fine dramatization of the Old Testament tale of Jacob`s son who rose to power in Egypt, much to the dismay and chagrin of his 10 older brothers.

MOSES: In this lavish production of the Old Testament story, an ordinary man is called upon by God to do the impossible. When the pharaoh of Egypt begins to tighten the noose on his people, Moses finds himself leading them to freedom--and lands unknown.

SAMSON AND DELILAH: A beautiful Philistine woman betrays a man whose strength can single-handedly defeat entire armies in this dramatization of the famous Bible story.
