  • Great recipes!

    This is a very well put together and researched cookbook. Every recipe I have tried has been a winner. If you are a foodie you will enjoy reading about the whole process of slimming down the full fat versions of each recipe! The only downside is--not a lot of pictures of the finished product.

  • great recipes and info

    This recipe book has recipes for reduced calorie and fat dishes that still taste great. My teenage daughter made four of them and they were all great. My favorite part of the book is the way they teach techniques and review brand name products as well as equipment, all in a fun to read manner.

  • The Best Light Recipe

    This book is great and one you can use daily to create a healthy dinner! The ingredients are common, everyday things stocked in your kitchen, the recipes are delicious and the description is very interesting, informative and useful. For example, using cornstarch to thicken Alfredo sauce rather than using butter and flour is a great idea I would not have thought of on my own to make a common recipe so much more healthy! Enjoy!

  • Slimming in NJ

    What it lacks in pictures it DEFINITELY makes up for in taste. The recipies are so good that I have served them to unsuspecting guests. I can't buy turkey burgers out any more. The best are in this book. Even my doubting husband has given his stamp of approval. It has become the main cookbook in my kitchen. My tastebuds (and my thighs) are thanking me.
