great first bible
After seeing and reading some of this book to a little girl I babysit, I decided I had to have it for my nephew/godson's baptism anniversary present. The pictures are bright and colorful and the stories are fairly short (good for a 2 year old's attention span). Of course they leave a fair bit out of the stories to keep them short, but I feel a lot that is left out is inappropriate for children anyways. I love reading this to him and then talking about the stories. This is a wonderful book full of wonderful stories to get children interested in the bible and wanting to learn more.
