This book rules...no serious barbecuer/griller should be without it. Great techniques and recipes.

My husband loved to grill and loved this book. I bought it for him about a month ago and he had already used it a few times.

I bought this book awhile back as part of a BBQ gift basket for my dad for A LOT more money on another website. My dad loved the book, and uses it all the time. So when it came time to buy a gift for my father-in-law, we knew we had to get him this book also. And since we saved money we were able to get him even more goodies to put in his gift basket.

We sent this book to my father in law as a Father's Day gift. He regularly barbeques and was fascinated by the unique recipes. This book is an excellent value for the money. I highly recommend it.

I got this for my dad for Father's Day. He's the type of guy who depends on his grill to make and meal, so I figured that barbecueing was a good natural progression to his current interests. Lets just say that I got a call on the evening of Fathers Day with a million thanks! Apparently he had already read up on jerk seasoning and was planning on making some soon.

Wonderful cook book. But it really should contain photos of the finished dishes.

The price was great, shipping prompt and ordering was easy.
