This DVD was extremely basic and touches on the main aspects of baby caretaking. It doesn't go into detail the techniques and information that is in the book, "The Baby Whisperer." I bought this DVD hoping to get more from it, and so I didn't have to read the book. That didn't work! I wouldn't spend your money on the DVD. Purchase the book instead.
