I found this book on a clearance table last year at Christmastime. It is absolutely delightful and is a great read - especially suitable to be read to elementary school-age children during the holidays. Since there are 24 chapters, it's a great way to start the holiday season on Dec. 1! Very enjoyable for the Christmas buff! There is a sequel, too - How Mrs. Claus Saved Christmas.

Great book. I read it every year to my kids. The blending of magic and world history is great! So happy I found something that keeps the magic of Chirstmas alive as well as teaches world history at the same time.

I bought this for my 9 year old who was questioning Santa. She was very happy with the book and loves it. I would recommend this book for her age group.
