Throughout this book the author David Zinczenko tells the reader how easy his book will make their dieting efforts. I do not totally agree. While reading the main contents of this book I would be thrown off by him putting success stories or informational tips right thru a section. At the top of the page should be the title for each section the reader is in and there isn't. The recipes flow from smoothies, to breakfast to lunch to dinner without breakage and w/o a top of the page title. I find myself flipping pages to get to what I want and have book marks sticking out allover. The excercises are good, a lot of them need gym equipment thou' a few have at home alternatives. But it would have been easier if in the sample schedule, he would have put in the page #'s as to where to find each excercise. Positively speaking the recipes are good and make me feel great. However, be prepared to eat every 2-3 hours since the food is protein based you get HUNGRY! I have not seen the scale move but my jeans are loose already after 9 days on the plan. You have to like to excercise and eat right for this to work. I would love it if the book came w/ the excercises on DVD. Looking forward to seeing my abs again!
