Abs Diet is Eye Opening
This book is very enlightening, whether you need to lose weight or not. It also shows people like me, who aren't necessarily big meat eaters that there are many other ways to get the protein needed to aid weight loss. This is a book that is more about what foods do in the body and the domino effect of that versus what a typical "diet" tells you to do.
