I had never used a pressure cooker before, so I got this book to go along with it. The only thing I see missing is a way to convert the recipes, or the method to do so for use with cookers that don't have a high/low setting, but rather types of foods. I love that it has not only shows how many it will serve, but also nutritional information. Maybe in the future the author will come out with a similar book on how to cook for one with a pressure cooker. The variety of recipes is nice and it has given me some ideas as to what I may be able to do with the pressure cooker. I would recommend this book as a starter guide, or a addition to a pressure cooker cookbook library.
