Great Book for diabetics
My dad was recently diagnosed with diabetes and was at a loss at how and what to cook. He's not really a cook anyway and was worried he would have to go out and buy a bunch of strange and expensive ingredients. I found this book and had it shipped to him, and he was thrilled. So thrilled in fact, that I ordered my own copy, which I just got yesterday. I can see why he liked it. It has many easy and good recipes, with helpful tips on food preparation for diabetics. Since I am high risk for diabetes myself, I plan on also using this cookbook as often as I can!

Simple & Easy recipes
I am not one that really enjoys cooking that much like some people. I love this cookbook because 4 ingredients for a recipe is quick & easy to put together. It's the perfect cookbook for someone like me.
