Disappointed
The book had NO pictures and some of the recipes were laughable, like how to make toast!!! Was NOT what I expected. There are a few good recipes but overall it is not something I would have bought had I seen it at a bookstore.

Excellent Cookbook
I really like that it gives the side dishes recipes with the main meal recipes. The recipes I have made so far have been excellent!

Menu is yummy and easily do-able
There is great variety here. The recipes are simple and the menus are well put together. This seems to be a great weight loss tool. No starvation diet here
