Excellent and easy to catch on in the world of bellydancing. You will move parts of the body that you have never moved in normal activities that we do on a regular basis. If you have an interest this DVD is fun and a great workout.

This video was great. It was fun, and exciting, never boring, in fact I had to make myself stop dancing, I definitely got my money worth this time. The moves are definitely a "watch and learn" but the narration helps you pick up on the steps. The tempo is fast pace, I could hardly make it to the end the first couple of times. (But i love it, it was a challenge to finally make it all the way thru..) .

I haven't owned a bellydance workout DVD - and it's a good workout overall . I need more practice as it makes me feel a bit goofy at first - but it's fun to try something different.

I bought this video and sweat like a pig! If you are trying to get into shape, you will not be able to finish the workout. If you are already in shape, it will still be a challenge.
They teach you moves, but it is mostly "watch and do" so you have to be able to pick things up quickly.
But with that being said, you won't get bored with this video, you'll sweat like a pig, be challenged and feel sexy.
This is the 3rd bellydance fitness video I bought
from WorldDance New York, and it's my favorite one. I thought it would be dificult to do the moves, but it was easier than i thought. The best part is that you lose weight doing a really FUN workout. The instructors make this different from the other boring workout
dvd's I've tried.
