  I purchased this as a gift for my 14 year old daughter. SEVENTEEN sure has changed since I used to read it. It's so much more vibrant and fun. Admittedly, I'm the first to read the issue when it comes in the mail. I love looking at all the cute style and make-up tips for the younger girls. It helps keep me in the loop of what is popular with girls my daughter's age. I was afraid it may be a little "old" for a 14 year old; however, I've found the articles, advice and fashions very tasteful and appropriate. I can't say that my daughter is as excited about the magazine, but I expect that to change as she matures just a bit more. There are articles about relationships and sex, but they are appropriate for the audience. Each issue seems to have at least one "free" giveaway item. A couple of months ago it was a free lip gloss from Victoria's Secret (just take your magazine there to prove you are entitled).   I bought this subscription for my twelve year old daughter - she really enjoys it and reads it cover to cover as soon as it arrives ... has a little of everything for her - fashion, current events, teen issues and celebrities.

  I ordered this magazine for my 16 year old daughter when she asked me to order her the original Vogue magazine. This teen version is much more appropriate for her age with less adds. I was surprised by how small the actual magazine is but it is very thick. Saving trees is a good thing!

  I am 12 years old. This is my favorite magazine. I would recommend this to any teenage girl between the ages of 11 and 17. Best Magazine ever.

  This was suppose to be a magazine. It is more like a flyer, about 10 pages. I am very disappointed and would like my money back. I got this for a Christmas present for my cousin's son.
