Wonderful addition to take charge
A great book for someone who whats to use Microsoft Outlook as their primary tool to manage workload on both the business and personal side. It walks the reader through a step-by-step process to clear the clutter, prioritize project and take control of your e-mail and to-do lists. It took me one week to complete this book while clearing up the clutter - and I went from 1834 e-mails in my inbox to zero - and start every Monday morning with zero e-mails! It's a great feeling for anyone who feels that they are running in too many directions at the same time.
