I work in a warehouse and lift and haul stuff all day long. I'm not a kid anymore so all the abuse is beggining to take its toll. My wife got this dvd a few months ago. Her back and neck don't bother her anymore so I thought I would try it. Guess what? My back and neck don't bother me anymore. This is fabulous. They say the movements are theraputic in their design, well let me tell you, they're not kidding. I have told all the guys at work about this program.
