I bought the sure shot rifle for my niece for Christmas (she is 11) and she and her friends (and parents) have had a blast using it with all the different hunting games, the boys really like that it can be changed into different kinds of guns...and it does make the hunting games more fun when using the gun as opposed to just the remote! It to very easy to use and the shipping time was sooo fast! :)

This Wii gun does not work very well at all. The window that the remote is supposed to "see thru" is poorly designed. It was very frustrating trying to use this gun. I tried it for about fifteen minutes and placed it back into the box.

The design is good, handles more realistically. It's better than the Wii Zapper for games not specifically designed with the Zapper in mind (House of The Dead). Been trying to play Call Of Duty, not too sure if it's better yet. I bought it to have a realistic feel and that it does have.

This is a great product. I hesitated to purchase this product based on some of the reviews that I read. I did purchase it, and I am glad that I did.Here is what you need to know. I use this for Cabellas hunting games and Medal of Honor games primarily. The trigger and C/Z buttons are very easy to use and very consistant, if you press the button on the sure shot you can rest assured that your controller will correspond. There is a learning curve. It took me about an hour or so to condition myself to watch the direction of the weapon on the screen, not the direction of the sure shot.I have read some reviews that said that you have to take the controller out of the gun to navigate through the menu, this is not true, even if it were true this is very easy to do for the controller. It generally takes 30 seconds to take the controller out of the gun and 30 seconds to replace it. The nunchuck takes a little bit longer to take out and replace, roughly 2 minutes until you get to know the system.As far as realism is concerned, for anyone who may feel that this is too much like a real shotgun, this is nothing like one. The size and function remind me of a cork gun that I had when I was a child.
