  • Easy Vegan

    This book is quite helpful to the working person who is a vegan, yet wants to be able to prepare quick, healthy meals! The recipes are simple and delicious! The products are easily purchased at regular grocery chains -- not health food or "specialty" stores. Most of the recipes have very little prep time, which works for me! Overall, for the busy vegan, this is a wonderful source.
