This book covers Rachel's beginnings and how she got into fashion up into her fabulous life as a celebrity stylist. I didn't feel this book was limited to 20 year olds, whom many of her clients are. I also didn't read this book page to page. It's more of skimming to pages that applied to me personally. There are substantial celebrity photos (in evening clothes)! I would have liked more casual everyday wear, maybe seasonally. But, she dreses for red carpet events! Chapters include beauty, entertaining at home & parties, and her glamour list from A to Z. It didn't sound as if she wanted the reader to dress as she does. She offered tips, tricks, and advice to look the chicest in our own budget. Even mentioning shopping in our own closets and how to "edit" our own stuff. I picked up several tidbits (how to dress when traveling by plane, invest wisely in handbags and shoes over clothing in general). Overall, it's average good.
